Delegates can register by completing the enclosed registration form and returning it (by post/email), along with payment by a Demand Draft (DD), to the Conference Secretariat. All payments should be made in favour of “CEP-STC, IIT Kharagpur” payable at Kharagpur. DD along with the filled-in registration form should be sent to the Convener. Payment through Bank-Transfer is also possible. All correspondence should be made to organizing secretary.

1. Student delegates should attach a letter from their institute stating their status or copy of student identity card.
2. The registration fees include attendance for all scientific sessions, conference kit, tea/coffee during scientific sessions, lunch and dinners.
3. Please E-mail scanned copy of the bank receipt if pay the registration fee through bank-transfer to the conference organizer.
